This gentle 90-minute workshop invites you to experience what it’s like to be with your body — feeling it from the inside — through simple, mindful movement for embodied connection, restoration, and presence.
It’s a space where you can move at your own pace, follow your curiosity, and notice how body feels.
Beginning with grounding and mindful breathing
Easing into soft, guided movements with the body
Exploring how we connect with space, distance, and those around us
Playing with imagery — like moving as waves, drifting as seaweed
Closing with a sharing circle for reflection and integration
Whether you’re curious about exploring connection with your body, or looking to deepen the relationship you have with it — we welcome you.
No prior experience, fitness level, or special skills are needed.
All bodies and abilities are welcome.
Come just as you are — with openness and curiosity.
