Meet Vivian, a trained and certified Mental Health Therapist and Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist who creates a safe sanctuary for her clients to explore, navigate, and heal. Her gentle, compassionate, and insightful nature guides her clients on a journey toward reconnecting with their authentic selves through a safe and organic process.

Vivian is a highly skilled therapist specializing in mental and somatic healthcare, with extensive training in various therapeutic modalities. Alongside her expertise, she incorporates practices such as Reiki, light language, and vocal sound therapy. Her therapeutic approach integrates mental health first aid, trauma-informed verbal processing, trauma-informed somatic integration, breathwork, somatic movements, guided or self-administered somatic touch, and elements of hypnotherapy to support healing. Vivian’s integrative care combines cognitive and somatic approaches, celebrating the human experience through trauma-informed practices. This holistic approach allows her to provide transformative therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Vivian approaches every story with curiosity and a spirit of exploration. With her, therapy becomes a journey of self-discovery and growth as she fosters an environment encouraging openness and exploration. Vivian enjoys infusing a bit of lightness and laughter into her sessions as she firmly believes that therapy sessions do not have to be heavy or purely investigative. Instead, she emphasizes the importance of finding joy and fun in the process, creating a safe and uplifting space for her clients.

With Vivian, therapy is not about ‘righting wrongs’ but rather about embracing imperfections and fostering self-acceptance. She helps clients navigate their challenges with compassion and understanding, guiding them toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Her passion lies in supporting her clients who are rediscovering themselves and seeking balance in life, working through childhood trauma and sexual abuse, navigating life transitions and related grief, exploring sex and intimacy, and seeking embodiment. Vivian’s ultimate goal is to empower her clients to develop an authentic and empowered self, making them feel seen, understood, and embraced. Vivian firmly believes that her clients don’t need fixing; instead, they require a safe space for all their different parts to emerge and be embraced. Vivian aspires to create a safer and more loving world for her clients by fostering self-acceptance and authenticity.

Vivian’s philosophy is centered around the idea that therapy isn’t about becoming someone else but rediscovering who her clients once were and had forgotten about themselves. Through this process of self-discovery, her clients can reclaim their true selves and live and express themselves authentically.
