You may reach out to your assigned therapist or our client care executive to confirm the bookings. Bookings will be confirmed upon returning a filled intake form at least 48 hours before the appointment. The inability to do so may require a reschedule for the therapist to ensure the best care subject on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling or Cancellation Policy:

To optimize our therapeutic services tailored to your needs, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour advance notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can do this by sending us a message at (65) 8942 2211 or reach out to your therapist directly.

Operating on an appointment basis, our clinic values the effort and travel commitment of our therapists to provide our clients exceptional care. Your considerate advanced notice for cancellations and rescheduling is crucial for us to manage and adjust appointments seamlessly. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our efforts to create a safe and respectful space for your healing journey.

Our client care team will send reminders 48 hours before your scheduled session. In the rare event that we do not receive a response within the 24 hours leading up to your session, we will automatically initiate the rescheduling process. We understand that unforeseen circumstances or triggers may arise, and we approach these situations with sensitivity and care. Your well-being and comfort are paramount, and we deeply appreciate your understanding as we strive to honor your scheduled session while simultaneously honoring the commitments and efforts of our therapists.

Going to therapy is like having a conversation with a friend who is trained to help you navigate through your thoughts and emotions. It’s a collaborative process where you are encouraged to openly share your feelings and concerns. While therapy can address serious and challenging topics, it can also be light-hearted and even incorporate moments of joy, laughter, and humor. Not all sessions are dark and heavy; our therapists tailor the approach to your needs, making the experience comfortable and beneficial.

The therapy process begins with a complimentary exploration call, followed by completing a comprehensive intake form.

Subsequently, a 1 to 1.5-hour initial consultation is conducted to delve deeper into the work before commencing therapy. During this consultation, our in-house therapists thoroughly discuss your current concerns, medical or relevant history, and your expectations from therapy.

This in-depth assessment enables our therapists to develop a comprehensive and holistic understanding of your situation. It allows them to provide personalized recommendations for the most suitable therapy services or assessments to achieve the best possible outcome.

Our therapists will also explain the therapy process and address any consent matters. Our goal is to deliver optimal and highly effective care to our clients.

We prioritize strictly managing our client’s personal data per the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) guidelines. Should you have any questions regarding your therapy journey or data privacy, our therapists can provide answers and support.

We provide in-person and online therapy sessions to accommodate various preferences and needs. Some therapies may require in-person sessions for optimal effectiveness.

While the process remains consistent for our online sessions, we kindly request that payments for online therapy sessions, whether local or international, be made and received by Sol Therapy to confirm the session. If, for any reason, payment is not received within 24 hours of the scheduled online session, we would sincerely appreciate your understanding as we may need to consider rescheduling the session. This policy has been implemented to ensure the seamless operation of online sessions and to uphold the availability of time slots for our valued clients.

The duration of therapy is flexible and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, as well as the chosen therapeutic modality. Some individuals may find short-term treatment beneficial, while others may benefit from longer-term support. This will be addressed both in the initial consultation and during subsequent review sessions. Each therapy session typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, allowing ample time to address the client’s specific needs effectively. The session duration may vary from one session to another based on the client’s requirements and progress. We prioritize ensuring you receive the support and care you need throughout your therapeutic journey.

The frequency of therapy sessions is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Typically, sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, which can be discussed and determined with your therapist.

Certainly! One (1) companion of clients is welcome if it makes the client feel more comfortable and supported. Please provide prior notice to the therapists to accommodate your companion. As a policy, we kindly ask companions waiting in the lobby to maintain a quiet environment out of respect for ongoing sessions.

Not at all! Therapy benefits anyone seeking personal growth, restructuring thought processes, emotional support, and coping strategies, regardless of the severity of their challenges. Clients find therapy helpful for managing stress, coping with emotions, developing self-regulation skills, relaxation techniques, finding an outlet to express themselves, and connecting with others in group sessions as human beings.

Re-traumatization is a complex process that can be influenced by various factors unique to each client. It is essential to recognize that the impact of trauma differs from person to person. As therapists, we are committed to providing the utmost care and sensitivity in our approach. Depending on a client’s innate resources, their capacity to cope with distress, the severity of their trauma, and the availability of support systems, there is a possibility that re-traumatization may occur during therapy.

While our therapists never intend to cause harm or distress, we acknowledge that re-traumatization can happen unintentionally during the therapeutic process. We understand that navigating trauma is a delicate journey, and our therapists are extensively trained to recognize the signs of re-traumatization and to respond appropriately.

Should re-traumatization occur, we are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and evidence-based interventions to support our clients in returning to a place of safety and grounding. Our therapists prioritize creating a secure and nurturing therapeutic environment where clients are encouraged to share their experiences at their own pace and in a comfortable way.

Open communication is essential in this process, and we encourage clients to express any feelings of distress or discomfort they may experience during therapy. We are here to listen, validate, and support our clients, guiding them through their healing journey with compassion and understanding.

Our therapists are deeply committed to ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients. We work collaboratively to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, empowering them to set boundaries and explore their healing process in a safe and empowering manner.

We understand that therapy can be costly. We offer eligible clients various payment options and sliding scale fees for those experiencing financial hardship. Please discuss this with our team.

Touch is incorporated into therapies such as BCST, Breathwork and Movement Therapy, Psychosomatic Therapy, and Somatic Psychotherapy for specific therapeutic purposes. The use of touch in these modalities can facilitate a deeper connection between the client’s body and mind, helping to release tension, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being.

Touch is guided by the therapist in a respectful and consent-based manner, ensuring that the client feels comfortable and in control throughout the process.

In the context of Breathwork and Movement Therapy, touch is employed as a tool to guide clients into correct postures and movements, with a primary focus on injury prevention. The therapist may use gentle touch to help clients align their bodies and achieve proper form during various exercises and movements. This tactile guidance ensures that clients are performing the movements in a safe and effective manner, reducing the risk of potential injuries.

The therapeutic value of touch, when used appropriately and ethically, can contribute to a more holistic and effective healing experience. Your comfort and understanding remain paramount throughout the process.
