Tiffany is the Programmes and Partnerships Executive at Sol Therapy, where she plays a vital role in collaborating with like-minded communities to create educational and relational workshops, support groups, and initiatives. Her work focuses on merging hearts and forces with partners to co-nurture a kinder, braver world—breaking down the stigma around mental health and creating spaces of connection and healing. Her focus lies in bridging connections—whether through team collaborations or partnerships with external organizations—to foster a more unified, compassionate approach to mental health and well-being.
With a background as a Cognitive Development Coach at a private enrichment centre, Tiffany supported children across a wide range of learning and emotional needs—including both neurotypical and neurodivergent profiles. Her role involved coaching children, supervising team members, and offering consultations to families navigating school-related challenges. These experiences deepened her understanding of children’s developmental and psychosocial needs, as well as the everyday stressors that families often carry. This foundation informs her approach to programme development—ensuring her initiatives are not only practical and relational, but also compassionate, inclusive, and trauma-aware.
Alongside her clinical work with Sol Therapy, Tiffany’s previous roles in supervision, training, operations, HR, and team development have shaped her ability to build and sustain strong, supportive relationships within teams and communities. These experiences have been instrumental in her capacity to create collaborative spaces where allies can come together, share knowledge, and build resilience—both in the therapy room and beyond. She weaves this understanding into her current role, helping to shape programmes that foster individual well-being and community cohesion, while translating clinical insight into accessible, real-world support that reflects Sol Therapy’s mission to co-nurture a kinder, braver world.
