Director of Clinical Operations
Estee is a certified Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Integrative Applied Neuroplasticity Therapist and Trainer, and Suicide Awareness Advocate, trained in Singapore, Australia, the U.K., and the U.S. She currently serves as Sol Therapy’s Director of Clinical Operations, where she works closely with the clinical, therapeutic, and management teams to support the overall direction of the practice. In this role, she focuses on fostering sustainable growth, expanding access to integrative therapy, and ensuring that the practice remains grounded in ethical, person-centered, and human-informed care.
She continues to support clients only through Sol Therapy’s neuroplasticity-based brain retraining programs. Her work now centers on the development and refinement of integrative frameworks and practices that bridge cognitive and somatic modalities. She remains deeply committed to making integrative therapy more accessible and to supporting practitioners in offering care that is both informed and compassionate.
As a multi-disciplinarian, Estee has worked with individuals from all walks of life. Through rising and thriving from her lived experiences with C-PTSD, abuse, profound grief, addiction, mental health crises, chronic stress, anxiety disorder, chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia, she has cultivated deep compassion, understanding, and empathy for those navigating mental, emotional, and psychosomatic challenges. Her strong belief in the innate power of human beings and passion for supporting others led her to train across various evidence-based, holistic, and integrative approaches. Estee is a member of, but not limited to, the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), Cognitive Neuroscience Society (CNS), British Neuroscience Association (BNA), International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (ICIP), National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP-UK), International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), International Hypnosis Association (IHA), and International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).
In her work, Estee has always centered the whole person, attending not only to symptoms but also to underlying root causes. She draws from a wide range of modalities, including Existential Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Metacognitive Neuropsychology, Integrated Somatic Psychology, Applied Neuroplasticity, Trauma Stabilization, and Human-Centered approaches. Through a thoughtful blending of these methods, she has supported clients in cultivating greater self-agency, inner coherence, and a sense of homecoming.
Estee strongly believes in the impact of integrative therapy, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and that every human experience is unique. She trusts that each person holds within them the capacity for growth and transformation, and is committed to aligning therapeutic offerings with what feels most resonant and empowering. Through her work, Estee seeks to soften the stigma surrounding therapy and emotional well-being. She continues to advocate for trauma and suicide awareness—a mission close to her heart—and aims to co-create spaces where lifelong learning, falling apart, and starting again are seen as part of the human experience. She remains deeply passionate about co-creating a kinder, braver, and more humane world where we can all embrace our shared humanness.
Estee is no longer offering general therapy sessions. She currently supports clients only through Sol Therapy’s neuroplasticity-based brain retraining programs. Please feel free to reach out for resources or practitioners that may be a good fit. Thank you for your kind understanding.
