Jaana is a Trauma-informed Somatic Therapist and Embodiment Coach whose work is rooted in helping clients reconnect with their body’s wisdom to heal and thrive. Her own healing journey began over a decade ago when she faced challenges that deeply impacted multiple areas of her life.

 

Through years of exploration and professional training, Jaana discovered the profound power of somatic therapy in addressing both emotional and physical well-being. Her practice now reflects this knowledge, offering clients a pathway to healing that is deeply grounded in the body’s innate ability to recover and self-regulate.

 

Jaana offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions and Chi for Two® embodiment coaching, a novel approach deeply informed by polyvagal theory.

 

Chi For Two focuses on healing attachment dynamics and addressing multi-generational trauma through relational and movement-based practices. It helps clients re-parent their nervous systems, bringing awareness to inhibited movements and fostering greater freedom and expression. This method is particularly effective in addressing challenges within relationships, helping to repair attachment issues and improve how individuals connect and communicate with others.
Jaana offers both online and in-person sessions, making her work accessible to clients regardless of location.

 

In addition to these core services, Jaana is a certified yoga instructor and Well-Woman Yoga Therapist. She also incorporates influences from Cyclical Living, Authentic Relating, Nonviolent Communication, and Family Constellation, which further enhance the depth and range of her practice. While not the primary focus of her work, these modalities offer additional layers of support to clients seeking a holistic approach to healing.
