Michelle, a Mindfulness and Mental well-being Practitioner, Trainer, and Clinical Counselor, has immersed herself in the world’s most heavily researched well-being programs. Her expertise spans Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness, the pioneering Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) developed at Google, and the Center of Mindful Self-Compassion.

 

Having worked at leading global organizations, she realized that enhancing mental health and well-being was crucial to thriving and flowing through life. She comes from a background in marketing, communications, and events.

 

Her passion and purpose started at 18, assisting senior trainers in life skills programs. Today, she coaches and facilitates mental well-being training in various settings, such as schools, corporations, and the general public. She is currently delivering well-being courses for the Associate Faculty of Singapore Management University and is also a registered facilitator with the Ministry of Education. Michelle orchestrates self-care and well-being retreats across Asia, championing mental wellness and holding a certification as a 300-hour yoga instructor. Her academic pursuits include nearing completion of a Master’s in Counseling.

 

Her mission merges seamlessly with her passion: elevating others and creating meaningful experiences to foster compassion, empathy, and self-awareness within. Her expertise encompasses Corporate Mindfulness, Corporate Well-being, Stress Management and self-care, Compassionate Leadership, Psychological Safety in Teams, Mindfulness and Emotional Resilience in Schools and Educators, and Social Emotional Learning for Children and teens. Michelle’s unwavering belief lies in carving spaces within individuals to invite greater compassion, empathy, and self-awareness, nurturing a path toward thriving in life.
