Clinical Mental Health Therapist
Tiffany is a dedicated and compassionate Counsellor and Clinical Mental Health Therapist with a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor of Psychology from James Cook University. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid (Standard) and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), equipping her with the skills to provide immediate support to individuals in crisis. With a deep commitment to providing accessible and empathic support, Tiffany believes that every individual deserves to be heard, understood, and supported—no matter the size of their struggles.
Specializing in a wide range of mental health concerns, Tiffany works with individuals, couples, and families on challenges including cultivating safety around anger and other big emotions, anxiety, assertiveness training, attachment issues, behavioural problems, burnout, depression, grief and loss, identity struggles, neurodivergence, parenting, relationship challenges, self-esteem, stress, and trauma. With a strong focus on family and couples therapy, she helps clients strengthen connections, reduce generational trauma, and build healthier communication patterns for lasting emotional well-being.
Using a trauma-informed and eclectic approach, Tiffany integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness approaches. This adaptable approach ensures that therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that healing and growth look different for everyone.
Having personally experienced trauma, bullying, and the challenges of loss—including the loss of relationships, identity, and a beloved pet—Tiffany deeply understands the weight of grief in all its forms. This lived experience has shaped her belief that no loss is too small, no issue is insignificant, and everyone deserves a safe space to explore their emotions without judgment.
At the core of Tiffany’s practice is a person-centered philosophy, emphasizing the importance of connection, respect for individual differences, and creating a non-judgmental space in an often-harsh world. Through warmth, understanding, and professional expertise, she strives to empower clients in their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
