(he/him)

Mental Health & Breathwork Practitioner & Clinical Operations Executive

Mark is a certified Mental Health and Breathwork Practitioner. A nursing graduate from Australia, Mark is equipped with certifications in first aid response, crisis intervention support, mental health first aid, and trauma-informed care. He is also a professional member of the International Breathwork Foundation.

Mark’s work is rooted in his unwavering belief in the healing power of self-compassion. Drawing from his journey with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional suppression, Mark understands the significant challenges these struggles present. This personal insight shapes his worldview and non-judgmental approach, inspiring his commitment to supporting others in their healing journeys and helping them reconnect with their inner strength.

As an instructor in trauma-informed pranayama breathwork, Mark sees healing as a deeply personal and multifaceted process that cannot be confined to a single method. Mark’s practice goes beyond breathwork, integrating principles of self-compassion, resilience, wisdom, courage, and balance. He believes that true healing arises from nurturing our relationship between the mind, body, and spirit while embracing both the joys and challenges of life.

Mark creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their emotions, process their experiences, and cultivate hope and resilience. Mark’s vision is for his clients to leave not only with felt relief but also with the tools, training, and confidence to thrive through the ebb and flow of life.

Above all, Mark wants his clients to know they are not alone. He believes deeply in the power of human connection and the innate ability of each person to heal and thrive. He aims to inspire hope and resilience in his clients, helping them reconnect with, and come home within themselves.
