Gladys is a certified Counsellor with a unique blend of education, lived experience, and heartfelt dedication to mental health and holistic well-being. With a background in psychology and counseling, Gladys advocates for complementary and alternative therapies that pave the way for comprehensive mind-body integration and healing. Her journey began with a solid foundation, graduating from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a degree in Psychology. Building upon this academic achievement, she pursued her passion by completing a post-graduate program in counseling.

 

Gladys believes steadfastly in the efficacy of evidence-based holistic healing methodologies, embracing the expressive realms of art therapy, the wisdom of movement therapy, yoga, meditation, and dietary adjustments. Glady’s exceptional quality lies in her profound compassion and sensitivity to her client’s journeys. Drawing from her triumph over challenges and adversities, she possesses an innate and genuine understanding of anxiety disorders, chronic stress, and depression. Her navigation through the intricate terrain of anxiety has fostered a profound connection and empathy, enabling her to authentically guide others through their transformative paths.

 

From a young age, Gladys’s fascination with psychology kindled a burning desire to support others in their pursuit of mental well-being. This innate drive, extensive education, personal perseverance, and growth have culminated in her role as a beacon of hope and healing for those seeking ease.
