Fabrizio is a Clinical Counsellor who works with clients of all ages and backgrounds, guided by a genuine intention to understand each person’s inner world. He has supported children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across different life stages, as well as through the quieter inner struggles that can be difficult to put into words. He holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and his experience spans both home-based and clinical settings, including extensive work with neurodivergent clients across the lifespan.
His path into this work has been shaped not only by formal training, but also by embodied lived experiences that deepened his understanding of uncertainty, pain, and change. These experiences reinforced his belief that people do not need to be “fixed”; rather, they need a space where they can feel safe, supported, and understood. This belief sits at the heart of his work.
Fabrizio brings a warm, steady, and grounded presence into the therapy space. He listens closely, not only to what is spoken, but also to what is sensed and felt beneath the surface. He aims to create an environment where clients can slow down, feel seen, and begin to make sense of what feels heavy or overwhelming. His approach is gentle and collaborative, meeting each person at a pace that feels manageable. He offers a space where clients feel met rather than managed, and understood rather than evaluated.
In his work, Fabrizio meets people wherever they are — in moments of overwhelm, confusion,
grief, transition, relational strain, or experiences that feel difficult to name. He also works closely with neurodivergent clients, offering a space that
adapts to their sensory, emotional, and communication needs, and supporting them in understanding their inner world and navigating relationships in ways that honour who they are.
Fabrizio’s style is integrative and responsive. He supports clients in recognising the patterns that shape how they relate to themselves and others, while reconnecting with the strengths and values that help anchor them. In his work with individuals, couples, and families, he helps deepen communication, repair disconnection, and foster more supportive relational dynamics. He adapts his approach to the needs of each person — whether that involves working through emotions in conversation, bringing in play and curiosity with younger clients, or adjusting the therapeutic space to honour sensory and communication needs. His focus remains on offering care that feels accessible, respectful, and attuned.
Fabrizio also pays close attention to how emotions are held, both in what clients express and in how they experience them physically — such as tension, restlessness, or overwhelm. These moments often open space for gentle exploration, allowing clients to make sense of what feels difficult in ways that feel paced and supportive.
Alongside his clinical work, Fabrizio also serves as the Clinical Practicum and Partnerships Lead at Sol Therapy. In this role, he supports the development and mentorship of emerging practitioners while working closely with training institutions, community organisations, and external partners. He helps cultivate meaningful collaborations that extend supportive conversations around mental and emotional wellbeing into the wider community, including through partnerships, initiatives, and workshops. By bridging clinical practice with mentorship, partnerships, and outreach, Fabrizio contributes to strengthening the learning and support ecosystem that nurtures both therapists and the communities they serve.
Guided by values of authenticity, grounded presence, and respect for each person’s lived experience, Fabrizio views therapy as a collaborative process. His hope is to offer a space where clients feel safe enough to explore their inner world, supported enough to face what feels challenging, and seen enough to reconnect with the resilient parts of themselves that have carried them through their lives.
