A Restorative Session is a gentle, guided experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself. These are complementary, non-therapy group or private sessions—offered more as guided breathwork and meditation classes than as formal interventions.
Each session blends practical nervous-system regulation tools that you can bring into your daily life—such as mindful breathing, grounding through the senses, intentional movement, self-soothing touch, guided meditation, and sound therapy. The focus is on self-practice: giving you tools to continue supporting your own balance and regulation long after the session ends.
No two sessions are the same. Each unfolds intuitively, depending on what feels most supportive for the group or individual that day.
Each session is intuitively guided and may include:
Breathwork and Mindful Breathing – learning how to use the breath to shift from stress to calm.
Guided Clinical Hypnosis and Deep Relaxation – gentle, therapeutic guidance that helps the mind and body enter restorative states of calm and focus.
Somatic Insights and Body Awareness – guided reflection to notice sensations, emotional patterns, and areas of holding in the body.
Grounding and Sensory Regulation – reconnecting to safety through sound, touch, sight, and gentle micro-movements.
Intentional Movement and Release – slow, mindful movements to unwind muscular tension and support nervous system regulation.
Guided Meditation and Visualization – cultivating presence and self-connection through soothing imagery and focused awareness.

Restorative Sessions are private, ad-hoc, and flexible. You can drop in when you need a reset, or join periodically to maintain inner balance. Sessions may be held 1-to-1, or with one additional participant for shared care.
There is no fixed program to follow, no expectation to “improve.” Just an open invitation to exhale, soften, and learn supportive tools to carry with you into daily life.
