This service is not meant to replace your regular therapy sessions. Instead, it acts as a bridge — a compassionate pause in the middle of the storm, helping you to steady yourself until you return to the deeper, ongoing work of therapy.

It’s natural to sometimes want to reach out to your therapist outside of sessions. While they may occasionally respond when possible, this is not something they are expected or obliged to do. Just like you, therapists also need time for rest and personal care outside of their working hours.
The In-Between-Session Support Call is different. This is a scheduled 30-minute space, set aside intentionally for you. In this time, your therapist is fully present, offering their undivided attention and care. This way, you have a safe and reliable container of support during moments of need — rather than depending on whether your therapist happens to be available outside of hours.
Every call is unique and guided by your needs in the moment. Your therapist may offer grounding techniques, tools, emotional support, or a safe space to talk things through. The aim is to help you feel steadier, supported, and less alone until your next session.
You can request a support call directly with your therapist. These calls are only offered to existing clients, and while they are subject to your therapist’s availability, your therapist will do their best to schedule it at the nearest and earliest mutual time possible.
Once a time has been confirmed for your call, your therapist will provide you with a secure QR code for payment. Completing the payment confirms your slot, ensuring the time is held for you with their full presence and care. Payment must be made at least 90 minutes before the scheduled call. If payment is not received, your therapist is not obliged to hold the call and the slot may be released.
