Specific Learning Disorder (SLD) assessments help individuals understand why certain academic tasks feel persistently difficult despite effort. Many adults discover later in life that reading, writing, or numeracy challenges were never a reflection of intelligence—they were neurodevelopmental patterns.

We examine phonological processing, decoding, reading fluency, writing skills, spelling, mathematical reasoning, working memory, and processing speed. For adults, we also explore coping strategies, compensatory skills, and vocational impact. For children, we explore early literacy foundations and developmental markers.

These assessments provide clarity and open pathways to specialist tutoring, accommodations, learning supports, and self-advocacy—while helping individuals release internalised shame and embrace their strengths.
