Trauma and emotional assessments explore the internal experiences that may be shaping behaviour, mood, stress responses, or relationships. Trauma often shows up differently across ages: children may withdraw, act out, regress, or struggle with separation; adults may experience burnout, dissociation, emotional reactivity, anxiety, or chronic dysregulation.

We move gently—without forcing disclosure or details of overwhelming events. Instead, we examine nervous system patterns, emotional rhythms, coping strategies, avoidance behaviours, triggers, and the physiological imprint of stress. These assessments help differentiate trauma from depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, behavioural concerns, or personality patterns.

Individuals and families walk away with clarity, attuned recommendations, and a sense of direction—designed to support stability, safety, and long-term healing.
