Reaching out for support can feel like a meaningful first step. You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting us. Our client care process is designed to be thoughtful, supportive, and paced gently, so you can move forward in a way that feels comfortable and clear.
Below is an overview of what the journey typically looks like when beginning therapy with Sol Therapy.
After reaching out to us, the first step is to schedule a 20-minute Exploration Call with our Triage Team.
This brief call allows our team to understand a little more about what has been affecting you and the kind of support you may be looking for. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy or our services.
During the call, our team will gently walk you through the different support pathways available at the clinic and help you explore which approaches may feel most aligned with your needs.
Following the conversation, our team will recommend therapist profile(s) whose training, experience, and therapeutic approach may best support your situation.
Each person’s experience is unique, and we take care to thoughtfully match clients with therapists whose background and style may feel most suitable for the work ahead.
You will have the opportunity to review the recommended therapist profile(s) before deciding how you would like to proceed.
Once a therapist is confirmed, you will then be invited to schedule an Initial Consultation (IC) with the therapist.
The Initial Consultation is not yet a full therapy session. Instead, it serves as a gentle starting point where the therapist can understand your situation in greater depth, answer any questions you may have, and share what the therapeutic process may look like moving forward.
This first meeting allows both you and the therapist to get a sense of the connection and how the work might unfold together.
Thereafter, we will send you an intake form to complete before your first appointment.
Our Client Care Triage will send your intake form to you via WhatsApp. We kindly ask that you complete and return the form by email within 48 hours of receiving it.
Once your appointment is set, our Client Care Executive will follow up with a payment link to confirm your booking.
If the intake form and payment are not completed within the timeframe, your session may need to be rescheduled. We will do our best to work with you to find another suitable time, though availability may be limited.
For your subsequent sessions, you may book directly with your assigned therapist using the booking link provided. After each booking is made, our Client Care Executive will reach out to you with a payment link to confirm your appointment.
Your comfort and well-being remain our priority, and these steps help us ensure your session can be held with the care and presence you deserve.

If, after the Initial Consultation, you feel that the connection may not be the right fit, you are always welcome to let us know. Our team will do our best to explore alternative options and support you in finding a therapist who feels more aligned.
