Client Care & Triage Executive
Evangeline is a Client Care and Triage Executive at Sol Therapy, where she supports clients through their initial enquiries, exploration calls and early steps towards care. With a warm and composed presence, she helps each person feel welcomed and heard while gathering relevant information, answering questions and guiding them through the care options available at Sol.
She holds a Bachelor of Corporate Communication from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). Her training in interpersonal communication, public relations, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement has shaped her understanding of how language can influence a person’s experience—particularly when they may be feeling vulnerable, overwhelmed or uncertain. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay, Evangeline is also able to communicate thoughtfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
Evangeline’s experience within a specialist hospital introduced her to supporting communication and enquiries in a healthcare environment, where clarity, sensitivity, and attentiveness are especially important. Her previous work as a daycare teacher also strengthened her patience, adaptability, and ability to respond calmly to different needs, while her experience leading a creative team developed her capacity for thoughtful coordination and collaborative work.
Patient, compassionate and detail-oriented, Evangeline values both the relational and practical aspects of client care. She recognises that support can take many forms—from helping someone feel more at ease and making information easier to understand, to carefully following through on important details behind the scenes. In her triage role, she approaches each conversation with openness and curiosity, without assuming that there is a single therapeutic approach or pathway that will be right for everyone.
Evangeline believes that the experience of seeking mental health support begins before a person enters the therapy room. How someone is greeted, listened to, and guided through their options can shape whether taking the next step feels safe and possible. In her role, she hopes to offer a steady and compassionate bridge between reaching out and beginning therapeutic care, helping each client move forward in a way that feels considered, respectful, and aligned with their needs.
