Clinical Mental Health Therapist & Clinical Lead of Client Care Triage
Tiffany is a dedicated and compassionate Counsellor and Clinical Mental Health Therapist with a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor of Psychology from James Cook University. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid (Standard) and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), equipping her with the skills to provide immediate support to individuals in crisis. With a deep commitment to providing accessible and empathic support, Tiffany believes that every individual deserves to be heard, understood, and supported—no matter the size of their struggles.
Specializing in a wide range of mental health concerns, Tiffany works with individuals, couples, and families on challenges including cultivating safety around anger and other big emotions, anxiety, assertiveness training, attachment issues, behavioural problems, burnout, depression, grief and loss, identity struggles, neurodivergence, parenting, relationship challenges, self-esteem, stress, and trauma. With a strong focus on family and couples therapy, she helps clients strengthen connections, reduce generational trauma, and build healthier communication patterns for lasting emotional well-being.
Using a trauma-informed and eclectic approach, Tiffany integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness approaches. This adaptable approach ensures that therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that healing and growth look different for everyone.
Having personally experienced trauma, bullying, and the challenges of loss—including the loss of relationships, identity, and a beloved pet—Tiffany deeply understands the weight of grief in all its forms. This lived experience has shaped her belief that no loss is too small, no issue is insignificant, and everyone deserves a safe space to explore their emotions without judgment. Tiffany’s lived experience as part of the LGBTQIA+ community informs her understanding of identity, self-acceptance, and navigating systems that may not always feel safe—enriching her ability to support clients across a spectrum of gender and sexual identities.
Alongside her clinical work, Tiffany serves as the Clinical Lead of Client Care Triage at Sol Therapy, where she guides individuals through their first step into therapy. With warmth and clarity, she holds exploratory conversations to help clients express their needs and gain a clearer sense of what support may suit them best. Her gentle and attuned presence ensures that each person feels safe, seen, and thoughtfully matched with a therapist who aligns with their goals and readiness.
Her background as a Cognitive Development Coach and experience in supervision and team development continue to shape her leadership at Sol Therapy. By bridging her clinical insight with a deeply human approach, Tiffany helps cultivate a client journey that begins with safety, trust, and care—reflecting Sol Therapy’s mission to co-nurture a kinder, braver world.
